Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing
  
• Positions Open: 2 (1 FTE= 11 shifts/month) [Have some locum coverage but need more shifts covered.]
  
• Shift: Variable; 6a-6p and 6p-6a 7 days/week with double coverage shifts M-F 10a-10p and Sat-Sun 11a-10p; will typically be scheduled for a 12 hour shift
  
• ED with combined EM/UC at a tertiary level II hospital
  
• Covering nights but has flexibility to cover any shift as needed
  

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WI License
  
• Board Certified
  
• BLS by American Heart Association - required
  
• Availability at time of name clear - Required
  
• Must have at least 2 years recent experience
  
• Clean Malpractice
  
• Clean Background
