    • Community-based hospital with a 16-bed emergency department, seeing over 19,000 visits annually
    • Looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience
    • Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, a flexible schedule is offered
    • Shift times are 6 am-6 pm

    • Regular monthly meetings, both remote and in-person, foster engagement and provide a platform for feedback
    • Full-time status is 120 hours per month
