Position Overview

• Full-time position with flexible 10-hour shifts
• Choice of W2 or 1099 employment status
• Competitive compensation package up to $550K annually
• Substantial $100K sign-on bonus for community-based physicians

Core Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care in a Level II Trauma Center
• Manage diverse patient populations and complex trauma cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize Epic EHR system for patient documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• ABEM Board Certification
• Active North Dakota Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Proven experience in trauma care and advanced procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Base Rate: $250/hour plus $10/hour quality bonus
• 1099 Contractor Rates: $275-$285/hour plus quality bonus
