Join a prestigious healthcare facility near Fort Myers, Florida, as an Emergency Medicine Physician. We're seeking an experienced, board-certified physician to deliver exceptional emergency care in our modern, 11-bed emergency department serving 26,000 annual patients.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care and trauma management
- Lead rapid patient assessments and implement immediate treatment plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions
- Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff and medical support teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using Epic EMR
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Current ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Florida Medical License or eligibility
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Experience with emergency procedures and trauma care
