Required Certification & Experience
- Education Required: Medical Doctor of Doctor of Osteopathy
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- AZ License
- DEA Registration
- Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS
- Minimum Years Experience: 2 Years
