Description Position at Northwell Health | GoHealth Urgent Care

We have an exciting opportunity for 2024 and 2025 Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Med/Peds physicians to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell-GoHealth Urgent Care providers in the Fall of 2024.

We have more than 57 centers located within the Greater New York area.
Regions include: • Manhattan • Westchester • Brooklyn • Queens • Nassau Cty • Suffolk Cty • Staten Island.

We are considering Fulltime and Per Diem schedules.

• They are equipped with the latest medical technologies, including onsite digital x-ray, EKG, point of care testing so you can focus on practicing evidence-based medicine.
• Our partnership with Northwell provides an integrated referral system so our team can be confident that our patients aren’t navigating the healthcare system alone when they leave our centers
• We hire competent clinical teams of MA’s, RT’s and scribes, designed to support our physicians and advanced practitioners.

We offer:

• Attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical, dental, vision and 401k)
• Excellent bonus program:
  • Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
  • Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

Pay Range: $120/hour (training experience based range)

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
