Responsibilities:

• Shift Length: 8a-8a, block shift
• Patient Volume: 900 ER per year/ 75 per month/ 3 daily. Average 5000 clinic visits per year, 416 per month, 20 daily split between 2-3 providers
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Thrive
• Trauma Level: Critical Access

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: MT
• DEA: Yes
• Board Certification: Board Certified- ABFM, if member of different board, will determine on case-by-case basis
• Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS (PALS not required immediately)
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required but exemptions available
