• Mix of outpatient and walk-in clinic - Walk-In Clinic - Sun., Mon., and Tuesday with 4th "10" hour work day in primary care.
• Small primary care panel
• Must have an interest in or experience with health/ACO work, along with working in a rural area
• EPIC EMR experience a plus!
