• Board Certified (No BE) open to IM/FM with 2+ years of recent EM experience - Required
• MI License - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
