Emergency and Urgent Care Physicians - Phoenix Children's

Phoenix Children's is recruiting Emergency and Urgent Care Physicians interested in advancing their careers with a growing health system.

At Phoenix Children's, with more than 40 sites of service across Arizona — and new hospitals soon to open in Gilbert and Glendale — we’re providing comprehensive, top-quality healthcare, ranging from primary to highly specialized services for kids who have complex or chronic illnesses. Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Emergency Department at the main campus sees over 90,000 children a year and is the Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in the state. Our non-profit health system provides world-class inpatient, outpatient, trauma, emergency, and urgent care, including offering more than 75 subspecialty fields of pediatric medicine. With this growth, we have continued to expand our division, our facilities, and our training programs, which include fellowships in both pediatric emergency medicine and pediatric urgent care. We currently have full- and part-time Pediatric Emergency Department roles that can be solely at one of the satellite EDs or a combination of the main campus and a satellite. We are also looking to expand our Urgent Care coverage as we currently have five centers staffed 5 pm through midnight Monday through Friday and 10 am to 8 pm on weekends.

Qualifications · BC/BE in Pediatrics · Active state license or eligible to obtain · Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
