We hope you will apply to become part of our dedicated, fast-moving team of superstars! ZoomCare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team! Work a full time schedule of (10) 12 hour shifts per month. The Emergency Medicine Physician is responsible for providing state of the art care. The Physician is responsible for providing immediate medical care and treatment to patients who arrive at the Super Clinic with urgent health concerns or injuries. The Physician will assess patients' conditions, diagnose medical issues, administer necessary treatments or interventions, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and timely care. ER physicians must be skilled in managing critical situations, making quick decisions, and stabilizing patients in emergency settings.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Perform with expertise everyday procedures (e.g., suturing, digital blocks, vaccinations, splinting, wart/cyst/mole removal).
  • Excel as a clinician and master of ZoomCare's everyday scope of episodic care in a quick-paced, focused environment (e.g., sinusitis, UTI, pneumonia).
  • Manage stable chronic illnesses (e.g., Diabetes, hypertension, asthma) alongside focused adult wellness examinations and preventive care.
  • Complete charts and lab responsibilities (call backs/follow up) on a daily basis.
  • Be comfortable with adults, children and pregnant patients (no obstetrics).
  • Present oneself professionally in dress, language, demeanor.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues about clinical diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning, prices, insurance coverage basics, and the price impact of adding lab tests or selecting various medicines.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
  • Display a high degree of compassion and caring, never turning away a patient.
  • Perfect the art of the Perfect Visit to the delight of your patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and know how to anticipate their concerns.
  • Deliver a consistent and high quality ZoomCare experience to all patients using ZoomCare tools and methodologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
  • Residency in Emergency Medicine.
  • ACLS certified.
  • Washington Medical License.
  • Medical providers must be eligible as a provider for Medicare or complete Medicare credentialing requirements prior to hire.
  • Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

  • Salary Range: $345,000 - $365,000 dependent on experience + bonus opportunity

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
  • Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
