Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician

WE ARE currently seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. Since 1986, Centre Emergency Medical Associates (CEMA), a physician-owned corporation, has staffed Mount Nittany Health's Emergency Department and has been the hospital's largest and most tenured independent contracted group. CEMA's staff includes 17 board-certified emergency physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers.

Full-Time or Part-Time. Day & Night shifts(night-shift differential). Hire preference is given to nocturnist. Competitive compensation, RVU pay, and robust 401-K .Generous relocation and CME support. Credentialing time frame: 30-60 days.

Requirements:

Board-certified/board-eligible, ABEM, and AOBEM. Active Medical License in PA. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS. Active DEA.

Position and Facility Highlights:

APPs provide support for our physicians 48 beds, with the ability to expand to 62 beds. An average of 55,000 patients are cared for yearly. Level IV Trauma Center and a helipad for quick transfers. Stroke Center. Specially designed behavioral health rooms with security features for the safety of patients/staff. Dedicated sexual assault nurse program. Enjoy a collaborative practice environment.
