Mercy Emergency Medicine is currently seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for our Emergency Medicine Department at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri. Our Mercy Emergency Department team consists of 39 physicians and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
This opportunity entails a full-time position with Mercy. The director will continue to have patient contact and provide patient care as well as help inspire and direct a group of fantastic Emergency Medicine Physicians.
Mercy Emergency Department – Mercy Hospital St. Louis:
- A 979-bed, fully accredited teaching hospital
- The only Level 1 Trauma Center in St. Louis County
- 80,000 adult emergency visits annually
- A nine-level, on-campus Heart Hospital with 96 private patient rooms
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Leapfrog Grade A rating for patient safety
