Valor Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at the Hopi Health Center in Polacca, Arizona on a long-term federal contract serving the Indian Health System. Requirements:
Board certification (EM, FM, or IM/peds)
1+ years of emergency medicine experience
ANY STATE LICENSE- Active/unrestricted MD/DO License from any state; must be free of disciplinary actions
DEA Unrestricted
Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
