The emergency services team is fully trained team and equipped to handle a variety of adult and pediatric conditions.Radiology, full-service laboratory and telemetrySpecific on-site diagnostic equipment will include: 64-slice CT scanner, dedicated x-ray suite, ultrasound and telemetry equipmentImmediate intervention for serious emergencies where treatment time is critical with quick transfer capabilities to any Methodist Healthcare facility24-hour monitoring and testing of patients, such as chest pain casesUse of a Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) to allow staff to electronically transmit any diagnostic image from the Methodist ER De Zavala Rd. to any Methodist credentialed physician’s office, specialist or any Methodist hospital emergency room for seamless follow-upSan Antonio is home to 2.5 million people and is experiencing solid economic growth in industries such as bioscience and healthcare, aerospace, IT and cybersecurity and green technologies.San Antonio's MSAis expectedto add up to 1.1 million new residents and 500,000 new jobs by 2040.
