Urgent Care Opening in Austin, Texas
- 3 clinic locations, train at 1 to 2 and will rotate at all locations
- 70 provider practice
- Work an average of 40 hours a week broken into 4 weekdays a week and 4 weekend shifts a month
- 8 and 9 hour shifts, day and evening, 8a - 5p and 4p - 11p (must be willing to work all shifts). Weekends 8a - 3:30p and 3p - 11p
- See an average of 25 patients a day
- See urgent care and occ med patients, DOT not required upfront but will need to obtain within first 6 months of employment
- See ages 3 months and up
- No casting
- X-ray on site and bloodwork is sent out
- Excellent compensation plan that guarantees $115 per hour and averages $135-140 based on production
- Benefits include malpractice with tail, health for employee 100% covered and family purchase additional at employee expense, 401k after 6 months with 4% match
