Fredericksburg Emergency Medical Alliance (FEMA) in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
We are a small democratic group located an hour south of Washington DC currently staffing 3 EDs in the Mary Washington Health Care system. We are looking to hire several new partners after a couple of recent retirements and the addition of a new freestanding ED, anticipated opening in 2024.
Mary Washington ED is a level 2 trauma center with annual volumes of ~65k.
Stafford is a community hospital ED that sees ~40k.
Our Lee's Hill FSED is on track to see ~35k this year.
We use EPIC EMR at all sites, are supported by FEMA-employed APPs and scribes, and offer equitable scheduling from day one.
We operate under a fee for service payment model. Top tier compensation.
