Emergency Medicine Physician

We are searching for a full-time or part-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our single hospital, independent, democratic group at Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, Oregon located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  McMinnville is a vibrant college town within a 1-hour drive of the Oregon coast, mountains and Portland.  Great community with fantastic restaurants, wine and beer scene, and close to many outdoor pursuits.

• 24,000 ED patients/year in a 20 bed ED.  
• Level IV trauma center with good specialty call coverage, transfer rate less than 2%, admit rate 15%.
• Well-balanced community practice seeing approximately 12% peds under 12 and 30% adults over 65.
• An all-physician group with 40 hours of coverage per day. Full-time, 12-15 8-hour shifts/month. 1.5-1.9pt/hour.
• One year partnership track. Approximately 15-25% increase plus full partnership bonus starting second year. Moving expenses, malpractice, disability, and other benefits are available!
