Envision Physician Services is seeking a Emergency Medicine Physician to become part of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital in Tamarac, FL. Formerly University Hospital in the Fort Lauderdale area, our 271-bed full-service facility has been serving Florida's Broward County community for more than 50 years. ABPS Welcome!

• 40 hours doc coverage Mon-Fri; 36 hours doc coverage Sat/Sun
• 24 hour of Advanced Practice Providers coverage
• 28% admission rate
• Extensive sub-specialty coverage
• EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictation

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified/Board Prepared Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM),with ACLS, and PALS OR Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with at least 5 years of current ER experience,

Tamarac is a suburb of Fort Lauderdale with a population of 71,140. Living in Tamarac offers residents an urban suburban mix feel and most residents own their homes. The City of Tamarac is strategically located in the center of Broward County, between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida.

Tamarac to Miami Beach is a 45 minute drive. The nearest airport to Tamarac is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) Airport which is 12 miles away. Other nearby airports include Miami (MIA) (29 miles), and West Palm Beach/Palm Beach (PBI) (34 miles) away.
