Join the medical staff of a highly respected 100+ bed community hospital (affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital) with over 100 clinical providers in a vibrant college town known for superior academics, and a broad range of cultural offerings.Physicians who are fellowship-trained in ultrasound and interested in launching and overseeing an ED Ultrasound program, will receive priority consideration!

Additional consideration will be given to candidates interested in simulation and administration.Become part of an energetic team of board certified Physicians managing some 33,000 cases each year.

Practice in a physician-designed 26-bed emergency department with a smart, efficient and functional clinical environment.

One area is designated for Psychiatric emergencies (about 10% of all visits). X-ray, imaging, and lab services are available right in the ED.

You will have convenient consultation support with local specialists, and advanced specialty capabilities through an affiliation with The Massachusetts General Hospital, resulting in a tremendous backup system.

This hospital is a state-licensed Primary Stroke Center.You have the option of working full time (15 day, afternoon, evening or overnight shifts/month) or a shorter schedule of 12 shifts/month, as many of doctors here do, for optimal work/life balance.
