Envision Physician Services is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency, a fully equipped Freestanding Emergency Department located in Live Oak, FL. This 12 Bed ED provides quality care to the residents of Suwannee Valley and surrounding communities.

HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency is a newly opened FSED affiliated with HCA Florida Lake City Hospital, a 91-bed acute care hospital serving the communities of Columbia, Hamilton and Suwannee counties for over 60 years. Lake City Hospital is part of HCA Healthcare North Florida offering medical and surgical programs including 24-hour emergency care, heart care, interventional cardiology, orthopedics, cancer care, imaging and rehabilitation services. LCH is an Accredited Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission, an Accredited Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology, and has achieved Disease Specific Certification in the treatment of Sepsis by the Joint Commission. This facility has been named the area's Best of the Best Hospital 20 years in a row and employer of choice by the Lake City-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.

Live Oak, FL is located in beautiful Suwannee County on Interstate 10, within short driving distances of several metropolitan centers. It is home to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park situated on the banks of the beautiful Suwannee River. The 800 acre Park hosts several large concert events throughout the year including the popular Suwannee River Jam. Live Oak also has a vibrant downtown with several good restaurants and specialty shops. Heritage Park provides walking trails, a disc golf course, horseshoe courts, landscaped gardens, a children’s playground and covered picnic tables.
