Full-time Emergency Medicine Physician job (Employee / Partner Track) with Oregon Emergency Physicians at Providence Portland Medical Center.

HOSPITAL:  Providence Portland Medical Center (PPMC) has been recognized as one of Oregon’s Best Regional Hospitals for 2022-23 by U.S. News & World Report and recognized for its performance in 12 categories.

• Cancer Institute, Stroke Center, STEMI Center. Inpatient 24 hour coverage of Medicine, Maternity, NICU, ICU, CCU, Psychiatry. Consulting Heart Failure and other Cardiology services, many Surgical subspecialties, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, and other consulting specialists.

PHYSICIAN-OWNED CONTRACTING GROUP:  Oregon Emergency Physicians (OEP) is a Physician-owned, private democratic group, contracting with local Providence hospitals for over 30 years.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT COVERAGE AND SCHEDULING:  PPMC has an urban emergency department open 24/7, serving approximately 175 patients per day via 10 staggered physician shifts.

• Full time = 12 shifts per month, 8-10 hours shifts
• Double – quad coverage
• No mid-level supervision
• Flexible scheduling
• No call on off days
