Envision Physician Services is looking for full time Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians at UTMB Clear Lake Campus!

• 120 hours for full time
• Annual census: 95-100 per day
• Pediatric EM Census: around 30 per day
• Expanding staffing from 18 hrs/day to 24 hrs/day
• Clear Lake Campus has Pediatric Med-Surg unit and Intermediate Care Unit
• Current Level III Trauma - operating as Level II Trauma Center - in process of leveling up
• UTMB Emergency Medicine Residency starts 07/2023 (3 residents/yr, 3-yr program)
• Pediatric ED is integrated into EM ResidencyAcademic appointment: Clinical Assistant Professor
• Separate Residency Core Faculty on staff for didactic training responsibilities
• Primarily clinical with occasional bedside teaching of residents and students
• Pediatric EM BC/BE
• Independent Contractor status
