The University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital ([www.UVMHealth.org/CVPH](http://www.UVMHealth.org/CVPH)) in Plattsburgh, NY seeks a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join its hospital-based practice of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. Candidates with Sleep Medicine training are preferred. The practice has a busy outpatient component as well as an inpatient consultation service. In a given month, the schedule entails two weeks of outpatient work, one week of hospital day shifts, one week of night call from home and 1 weekend of call.

CVPH is part of a six-hospital network ([www.UVMHealth.org](http://www.UVMHealth.org)) serving northern NY and VT. It is a certified Level III trauma center that works closely with UVM Medical Center, a Level I trauma center located 1 hour away. CVPH is a 300-bed community hospital with its own Family Medicine Residency. In addition, EM residents and medical students from UVM have clinical rotations. Practice in a warm and friendly environment that sits on a plush 45-acre campus complete with ponds, alpacas and walking paths. J1s and H1Bs considered.
