Located in suburban Kansas City, Shawnee Mission Health is searching for highly skilled and patient-focused Urgent Care physicians to care for patients in our community.

Our physicians work in busy outpatient settings and offer non-appointment-based services in the general care and treatment of patients. Candidates must be able to provide care to patients of all ages and be comfortable with suturing, conducting sick visits, treating cough/cold symptoms, caring for flu patients and performing other routine urgent care responsibilities. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Candidates must be BC/BE, well-trained and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Respect for patients, co-workers and staff is of the utmost priority, and we place a considerable focus on providing an exceptional experience for our patients.

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is an award winning 504 bed hospital with a Medical Staff of over 700 physicians representing over 50 specialties and subspecialties. The hospital has a level III NICU with 24-hour neonatology coverage and is affiliated with the MD Anderson Cancer Network.
