The Institute for Critical Care Medicine of the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, NY seeks dynamic fellowship-trained Intensivists to join its expanding team to attend in the adult Intensive Care Units at Mount Sinai Hospital! Full time positions available.
Successful applicants will be outstanding, highly collaborative clinicians, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine with a passion for acute care and a shared commitment to our academic mission. It will be a mix of shifts in the ICUs and on the Rapid Response Team. Outstanding communication skills, a high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Mount Sinai offers a competitive salary and benefits package and academic appointment within the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials and experience. Members of our team will play a central role in critical care education for our fellows-in-training and will have access to an expansive array of opportunities to pursue projects in clinical and translational research. Physicians who may wish to split their time between Critical Care and a primary specialty (e.g., Anesthesiology, Surgery, Medicine, and Emergency Medicine, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Position Qualifications:
• Medical degree from an accredited university
• New York State Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine

• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

Salary Disclosure Information:
Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
