Envision Physician Services is seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Facility Information
HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital has serving the Chippewa Valley community since 1889 and is affiliated with the Hospital Sisters Health System based in Springfield, Illinois. HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital, having twice outgrown its physical capacity due to expanded services, opened a new era in 1962, when the hospital acquired its current site.
HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital’s newest major expansion began in 2002, when ground was broken for construction of the $35 million Center for Advanced Medicine and Surgery, and later the expansion of the Emergency Medical and Trauma Center and Regional Cancer Center. Other new and updated areas included the Center for Critical Care, Center for Surgical Intensive Care, Community Auditorium, Center for Medical Excellence, Central Sterilizing Department, and two new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories.
HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital has 288 beds and serves 24,000 patients per year, has tertiary neuroscience capabilities and offers 24-hour interventional cardiology and cardiovascular surgery. Providers within the group are actively involved with medical direction of the Eau Claire Fire Department and EMS education.
