Pay: Minimum $250,000 per year, or more depending on experience

Urgent Care Physician Job Details:

• Urgent Care Physicians will be required to managing a wide range of acute medical conditions, including common illnesses such as the flu, strep throat, and urinary tract infections, as well as injuries such as broken bones, lacerations, and sprains
  
• Selected Urgent Care Physicians work in a fast-paced environment and will prioritize their time and resources to provide the best care possible to their patients
  
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  
• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  
• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center, about 540 employees
  
• Shift: Day shifts, Monday-Friday
  
• Strong leadership in administration, as well as a tight-knit and cooperative work environment
  

Urgent Care Physician Benefits:

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
  
• Vacation Time: 3 weeks of vacation year 1, 4 weeks of vacation year 2
  
• Sick Time: 40 hours annually

• $10,000 guarantee RVU Incentive annually
  
• Calendar year allotment for CME at $3000/40 hours- prorated if start date is after January 1st.

Urgent Care Physician Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a BC/BE Medical License
  
• Open to new graduates of a completed, accredited Medical Doctoral program
