Overview

Actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist/Critical Care physician to join our existing Pulmonary department, as part of Granger's multi-specialty medical clinic in Salt Lake City.

Job Summary

The Physician is responsible for Pulmonary & Sleep-specific patient care, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, vaccination management, procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will work with existing sleep labs in various capacities. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will have the opportunity to be involved in ICU call coverage and hospital consults as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements
  • Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
  • Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient care
  • Board Certification/Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Board Certification/Eligible in Pulmonary disease and Critical Care Medicine
  • Board Certification/Eligible in Sleep Medicine preferred
