Position description
This opportunity is available for early career clinicians who are able to split their efforts in supporting the state-of-the-art critical care units in our growing hospital, as well as have clinical excellence and professionalism in taking care of general pulmonary medicine patients. This is a joint recruitment with an appointment with Critical Care Medicine, and the Division of Pulmonary Medicine.
This position will immediately enjoy working alongside collegial and collaborative teams both within the Division and throughout the 40+ adult specialties at Mayo Clinic Florida supported by over 5800 employees. The selected candidate will be expected to participate in the inpatient pulmonary consultative service, perform general bronchoscopies, and actively engage in the education of our pulmonary and critical care fellows as well as rotating medical residents and students. For the driven and ambitious recruit, ample opportunities exist on the growing Mayo Clinic Florida campus in education, administration, and clinical research.
