*PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

* *This practice provides a full spectrum of Pulmonary/CC specialty services, including Sleep Medicine.
*

* *The Lung Institute is on the hospital campus and is a 16 bed closed CCU.
*
* *
* *They offer additional on-site ancillary services, including Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT).
*
* *
* *Robust Endobronchial Valve Program (Zephyr) site: They are the first in Indiana to offer a new lung valve treatment for patients with severe COPD/emphysema. Approved by the FDA under their "Breakthrough Devices" status, the Zephyr Endobronchial Valve treatment represents a major advancement because it is the first minimally invasive procedure to help emphysema sufferers breathe easier without major surgery.

* *The average number of patients per day per physician/provider: 10 to 12
*

* *The office consists of eight exam rooms with six clinical support providers, a practice manager, and four non-clinical personnel.
*

* *They use EPIC EMR Systems.

* *Anticipated Work Schedule:

* *8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday for three weeks per month.
*
* *
* *Active ICU 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Saturday through Friday) every fourth week
*

* *They have been approved for H-1B visa sponsorship/transfer.

* *Availability: Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellows completing their training during 2023 and Pulmonary/CC physicians who are already in practice are all welcome to apply and will all be seriously considered.
