The Department of Pulmonology, Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, is seeking to add a full-time general Pulmonologist to its team!Einstein Healthcare Network has provided compassionate, high quality healthcare to anyone in need since 1866. Join us; make a difference.In this role you will be responsible for:Providing consultation services on both an inpatient and outpatient basisBeing the director on the interventional pulmonology service and the primary responsibility will be to growth the IP program and eventually to start a dedicated fellowship in interventional pulmonologyIt also provides the primary care for patients admitted to the Medical Intensive Care UnitIdentifies, anticipates, and addresses patients and achieves patient satisfactionSharing weekends calls in the ICU with the rest of pulmonary and critical care attendings of the divisionUntil the IP service is fully functioning, the physician may need to do some shifts in the MICUIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:MD or DO from an accredited programCompletion of an approved residency, and added training and experience as required by the Department and Physician's specialtyPhysician is expected to obtain and maintain all required licensure and certificationsBenefits:Salary commensurate with experienceMedical, dental, and vision plansDBP, 403(b), 457, structured portfolio32 days paid time off (PTO)5 days continuing medical education (CME) w/ Stipend12 days sick leaveLong term disabilityMalpractice insurance with tailPhiladelphia is a vibrant and diverse city with vast amount of culture and history.
