Critical Care-Pulmonary Opportunity in Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia
Augusta Health, a non-profit community hospital, is seeking a critical care physician to join the team that provides outstanding quality care to the community. Our independent community hospital offers 255 beds with a 14 bed ICU. We achieved Leapfrog Safety Status in 2020 & 2021. You will be joining a dynamic team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers.
Our physicians practice offers a rotation with a dedicated in-patient and clinic schedule. They cover the ICU for one week and pulmonary clinic for three weeks. In-patient night coverage is provided by advanced practice providers with a 1:4 call.
