Hospital employed Emergency Medicine Physician

The Shoals in northwest Alabama is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team.  We are a Level II Stroke and Level III Trauma Hospital with a 22-bed Emergency Department that staffs 36 hours of physician coverage and 24 hours of mid-level coverage daily.  Qualified candidates must be residency trained and board certified/board-eligible in emergency medicine: or primary care board certification with a minimum of 3 years or 5,000 hours of emergency department experience and active certification in ACLS, ATLS and PALS.

Helen Keller is a 185- bed community hospital with a busy Emergency Department that see s approximately 40,000 patients per year.
