EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM

Fulltime and Part-time providers are eligible for both bonus programs:

Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!
Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:

Due to our growth, we have an opening for a provider (Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner), with urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our team at one or more centers within the St. Charles County area.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience - through Mercy.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
Physicians: Board Certified eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds. Physician residents are welcome to apply for 2023 start dates.
