The emergency department at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial is hiring a site medical director.
Department Breakdown:
ED Beds: 22
Volume: 18,500
Patients/Hour: 1.7
Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily
APP Coverage: 10 hrs daily
Documentation: EPIC
Responsibilities:
Manage Emergency Department Schedule
Attend Meetings with C- Suite & Hospital Leadership
Work with IES Leadership on Policy, Procedure, & Best Practices
Interview Candidates
Coach & Mentor Clinicians
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
Clean Background
