Mercy Emergency Medicine Offers:

$50,000 signing bonus plus highly competitive hourly rate and recruitment incentives, shared production and quality bonuses
Immediate parity and equal rotation and schedules among the group
Team of 10 integrated EM physicians and five APPs
Team are all EM residency trained and certified

Flexible hours and shifts to meet your needs; 14-17 shifts per month (your choice) with schedule set 3 months in advance
Ability to do all EM procedures as desired
10-hour shifts, 1.9 patients per hour, 40 hours per day of physician coverage, 24 hours of NP/PA coverage
24/7 MRI, CT, Ultrasound, STEMI and stroke team, ED psychiatry, and trauma surgery service
1:1 physician to scribe ratio for all shifts
