Exciting NEW Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician opportunity at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY! This exciting opportunity offers independent contractor status , a 1099 position with an extremely generous hourly rate, & a generous sign on bonus!

Facility Information

King's Daughters Medical Center is a 300-bed not-for profit community hospital that offers cardiac, medical, surgical, pediatric, rehabilitative, psychiatric, cancer, neurological, pain care, wound care, and home care services.

• Received “Get With The Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Achievement Award with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus” national award in 2017 & 2018 from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association

Emergency Department Profile:

• 65,000 Annual ED volume
• 52 ED Beds (all private), with 49 Main ED beds, 2 Trauma Bay beds, & 1 Psyche bed
• Additional 10 bed Overflow unit
• 12 hour physician shifts
• APP coverage daily with 12 hour shifts
• APPs work in Main ED
• Epic EMR with Scribes
• Stroke Center with 24 hour stroke team
• 24 hour Cath Lab
• All specialties available except 2!
