The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking an outstanding individual for a Pediatrics Emergency Medicine faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at UT Southwestern and Children’s Health Dallas.
The Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division offers a variety of clinical, academic and administrative opportunities for candidates at all stages of their careers. The Medical Centers offer all of the resources needed to build well-balanced careers in teaching, research, and clinical service in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Current areas of academic focus include pre-hospital care, transport, information technology, ultrasound, trauma, pain management, and toxicology. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the state of Texas and must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics Emergency Medicine. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule.
