Job Specifics
- OSF OnCall Intensive Care seeks a fellowship trained, pulmonary and critical care physician to lead their growing team as Medical Director
- Physicians with 2+ years preferred
- Responsible for the clinical oversight of 20 eICU providers across the Ministry
- Assist the OnCall Digital Acute Care with optimization and design of digital critical care services.
- Lead team to align with clinical best practices
- Ensure quality, safety and standards are met throughout the Ministry
- Our practice is dedicated to education, research and innovation in order to provide the highest quality care to those patients we serve
- In this position, you will prioritize care for patients across the OSF Ministry, as well as external clients, rounding consulting and providing guidance on over 200 monitored beds
- Must be organized and have the ability to follow/prioritize other physician’s care plans.
