Clinical Faculty Position - Full-time at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas
The Department of Emergency Medicine at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an energetic Clinical Faculty physician to join their expanding emergency department. JPS is recognized as the only Level 1 Trauma Center for Tarrant County, as well as a comprehensive level 1 stroke center. Seeing over 130,000 patient visits per year, the county hospital population provides incredible learning opportunities in both volume and pathology. The department supports fellowships in ultrasound, administration, education and street medicine. The EM residency program at JPS was established in 2011 as a fully accredited three-year program with 15 residents per class.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) and completion of an accredited residency program in emergency medicine. Prior experience in academic setting with emergency medicine residents and demonstrated interest and aptitude for residency education is preferred.
