Schedule: Hours vary depending on shift (examples: 8p-6a, 4p-2a, 11a-9p)
Setting: Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient
Call: None
Volume: 1.8 patients per hour; 100 total patients per day; inpatient census: 20
Patient Ages: All ages
Procedures: Standard EM procedures
Cases: No ICU/critical care duties; will respond to codes; hospitalists admit after hours
Support Staff: Hospitalists; CC providers; TBD if provider will be solo
EMR/Charting: EMR TBD
Requirements
Boards: Board Certified
Certifications: ACLS; ATLS; BLS; DEA
