Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician. This position primarily focuses on the education of faculty, EM and rotating residents, and medical students, but responsibilities will also be clinical and administrative. There is also support to become involved in research projects, should this be of interest to the faculty member. The position will include a faculty appointment to Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes occurrence based malpractice coverage. Applicants should be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois at the time of hire.
Loyola is an active EMS Resource Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, and cardiovascular facility with an active aero-medical transport program.
